Our studio offers a variety of options to accommodate as many individual needs and goals as possible, ranging from Beginners to Advanced dancers, choreo, and heels, to conditioning classes. Pole Fitness
Strength Training
Caitlin's Pole Fitness class is designed to cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, offering a comprehensive and inclusive workout experience. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and confidence through a variety of pole techniques and exercises. Caitlin expertly tailors her instruction to meet the needs of each participant, ensuring everyone progresses at their own pace while mastering spins, climbs, and transitions.

Mixed Level Choreo
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced pole dancer, this class offers a fun and challenging choreography that combines various pole dance moves and techniques. In this class, you'll have the opportunity to learn new tricks, improve your strength and flexibility, and express yourself through dance.

Conditioning
Condition your body to be better at pole for when you attend a pole class. Not quite getting that climb the way you want it? Thinking about signing up to a gym to support your pole goals? - don't bother, the gym doesn't offer training to supplement your pole training.
Aerial Yoga
Asana combined with silks
Aerial yoga combines traditional asana (the physical postures of yoga) and yoga philosophies with the aerial arts. Silk fabrics and/or ropes are hung from above to aid practitioners in forming shapes.

Beginner 1

A little more technical than the beginners choreo, requires a little more thinking, but once you've processed the sequence you're left with something quite beautiful. Suitable for beginners as regressions can be made but not suitable for newbies

Scheduled conveniently for early mornings or right after school drop-offs, this class fits seamlessly into a busy schedule. Caitlin focuses on helping students build on their foundational knowledge and gain confidence in their abilities.

Sling Sequences

Welcome to Sling Sequences, a dynamic class that blends the fluidity of yoga with the excitement of spin choreography, all executed on an aerial sling. This unique class offers a full body workout that enhances flexibility, strength and coordination, while also providing an element of aerial acrobatics.

Dance class
Femme dance emphasizes femininity, fluidity, and expressiveness, incorporating elements from hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary dance. It focuses on graceful movements, confidence, and feminine energy, celebrating woman's empowerment.
